First Presbyterian Church Week Day Nursery School

The First Presbyterian Church Weekday Nursery School has held roots in the community since 1964 as a church sponsored school. We have continually held the National Association for the Education of Young Child Accreditation Award since 1992.

The primary goal of the First Presbyterian Church Weekday Nursery School is the care and nurturing of young children. We provide an atmosphere of love and understanding which promotes social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. We encourage positive learning and experimentation inthe context of play. Hands-on exploration allows all children the freedom to learn and grow at their own pace.

Our staff is comprised of experienced teachers who work as a team, committed to helping children gain self-esteem, socialization and a love of learning. Our school provides preschool classes for 2 1/2 to 5 year old children. Lunch and Kindergarten Enrichment Programs are also available. Sessions are offered in both the morning and afternoon. Parents of prospective students are welcome to visit and learn more about our program.
