Preschool in Odenton, MD 21113
Odenton Day Nursery was established in 1960. Mrs. Polly opened the center with a desire to help families care for children while the parents were working. She strived to make it their home away from home. The center is now operated by her daughter, who continues to provide a loving home for children during their parent’s work hours.
Vision
Our team believes cooperation, respect, honesty, confidence, etiquette and creativity are the life skill building blocks for the success of our children.
Teachers
Talented, thoughtful, caring, and nurturing—these qualities come naturally with our teachers. Most have already completed Maryland’s 90 hour required child care course. Some even have Elementary Education or Early Childhood Development degrees. All continue to seek educational opportunities to further their knowledge in child care and exceed Maryland’s requirements for continuing education.

Our Wish
We want all parents to feel free to ask questions or discuss anything with our team. We are always interested in input that will benefit our children. We encourage you to call or visit anytime. By building strong connections between their school and their home, both parents and teachers can offer our children the support to prepare them for success.
