The SKIP Program is a free program open to all LakeVille School District families with children birth to five years of age. The program offers the support to meet the needs of parents of young children.

Parents As Teachers (P.A.T) is a free in-home program designed to bring child development information to you while your child experiences a play-filled learning experience. Once each month you receive a home visit from a Parent Educator who will bring activities and books to your home geared to the age of your children – birth through age five years.

While you and your child are engaged in the activity the parent educator will talk to you about child development and listen to any concerns you may have about your child. It is easy to sign up for Parents as Teachers – just call the SKIP office and a Parent Educator will schedule your first appointment.
