The Early Childhood Education students at the Sanilac Career Center held a Penny War as a fundraiser for classmate Desiree Schutt Cros-Lex. Desirees family home was consumed in a fire on February 15th. The Penny War raised $350.00. The competition involved Career Center staff and the winners volunteered to receive a PIE IN THE FACE for the good cause. Staff winners were Duane Lange Superintendent and Chris Sutton Construction Instructional Aide.
