Overbrook Presbyterian Church as a mission to the community formed our school in 1966. Educational programming at Overbrook Presbyterian Church Pre-School and Kindergarten is based on the principle that a sense of competency and self-esteem is the foundation upon which future academic success is built. Children are encouraged in their development of a sense of self worth and respect for self and others. Our school provides each child with an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in a safe and challenging environment nurtured and guided by dedicated professional teachers. Children engage in meaningful play activities based on their interests and abilities which are the building blocks for cognitive social and emotional learning.

The school is an equal opportunity center for the education of young children of all ethnic religious and racial backgrounds. Children with special needs are accepted when the school can meet their social emotional and academic goals. We support an inclusion model of education with the assistance of consultants from the surrounding counties Early Intervention Programs. The school is wheelchair accessible.
