Creighton United Methodist Childrens
Center (CUMCC) was established in 1968 as a
non-profit outreach ministry to provide
meaningful learning and social experiences for
the preschool age children of the church and
the surrounding community. Our Childrens
Center provides a safe and nurturing
environment that promotes the physical,
social, emotional, spiritual and intellectual
development of young children ages 2 to 5
years old.
Our program provides a variety of learning
experiences which help children develop
independence, social growth, creativity,
individuality, self-control, and a positive selfconcept.
Our small classes maintain excellent
student/teacher ratios which exceed Arizona
State requirements and allow close
student/teacher relationships and
interaction.
Recognizing parents as the principal
influence on a childs education and
development, we respect the individuality of
the family while assisting parents to
understand the growth and development of
their children.
