Friendly House Early Childhood Development Center

Our Early Childhood Development Center provides quality daycare for children as early as six weeks old up to five years of age. The main purpose of the program is to ensure that all of our participants cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs are developed through age appropriate activities.

We count on a caring, experienced and professional staff who make every effort to ensure that the children are well cared for and receive a warm and educational experience. Our ultimate goal for the children who come through our doors is to get them ready for each step of development and culminating in the kids leaving our center ready to be successful when they enter kindergarten.

We are housed in a beautiful facility located at 201 W. Durango Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004 and are very fortunate to have as a next door neighbor Academia del Pueblo Elementary School. We have a great partnership and are able to utilize playground equipment, classrooms, athletic field, library and computer labs, and share their great cafeteria staff.

The program is licensed through the Arizona Department of Health Services and is a contracted childcare provider with the Arizona Department of Economic Security. The program maintains a partnership with the City of Phoenix Head Start program.
