Upward For Children and Families

Our primary sources of financial support are the Valley of the Sun United Way, the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities, local school districts; and the generous contributions of people like you!

Our children are also grateful for the support of Value Village Thrift Stores (website under construction). They pick up your usable clothing and household goods, and resell them at their two west valley stores. A generous portion of their proceeds go to Upward. Please say “yes” when an Upward truck is in your neighborhood, and shop the Value Village Thrift Stores for some great bargains!

Special Needs:

Dedicated to improving the lives of children and families...through education, therapy and loving care, Upward provides special education and childcare for children with developmental disabilities and/or medically fragile children.
We also offer pediatric therapies to children with disabilities in 5 specific disciplines: Physical, Speech and Language, Occupational, Music, and Feeding and Swallowing.
