Westfield Elementary School is located in Surry County, North Carolina. We have been in our current location since August of 1993. Westfield Elementary has 305 students, of which 68% are on free & reduced lunch. Westfield Elementary School’s reputation has been built around strong academic progress, extra-curricular activities, special needs programs, and a dedicated faculty and staff.
