LPDC is licensed by the state in which we operate. The license is posted at the center for review. Each state has its own manual governing licensing rules and regulations for child care programs. These manuals are available to be reviewed by parents upon request.

• The following are the minimum qualifications of LPDC Caregivers
• Background checks on every employee
• Child care training-minimum of 2 years of experience required or extensive training
• First Aid training (within 12 months)
• CPR Certified (within 12 months)
