Hello, and welcome to The Children’s Courtyard here in Plainfield, Illinois! My name is Carly Muzzy and I’m the director of The Children’s Courtyard. I have over 20 years of experience in the early childhood field and enjoy putting it into practice every day.

Our educational daycare offers programs for children ages six weeks through 12 years in our Infant, Toddlers, Two’s, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After School programs. We also offer a Preschool and Pre-K Select 3-hour program which follows the District 202 holiday calendar.

We closely follow recommendations from state and local authorities, to maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment. We are committed to providing ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. With live streaming video, you can view your child’s classroom from any device or computer. Plus, get real-time updates with our family communication app.

The talented staff members at our school have many years of experience in the field and partake in various training opportunities throughout the year. Many of our staff have been with us since our school opened!
