provides your child with daily access to computers. Quality educational software is used to teach shapes colours problem solving pre-math skills and pre-reading skills to name a few of the subject areas covered.

provides your child with live music. This weekly activity involves our music specialist. Singing and musical games are also encouraged.

provides your child with an enhanced science class held at least once a month. Our science specialist always demonstrates many interesting experiments designed for hands on science appreciation by young boys and girls.

provides your child with movement and gymnastic activities designed to build strong bodies and allow a positive outlet for the high energy level most children exhibit.

Our Science and Math program engages children in exploring questioning probing and problem solving. This is achieved through daily activities as well as through hands-on play based experiences. Our Science specialist provides the highlight each week with activities such as Science Playground Chemical Capers the Mysterious Forces of Nature the Amazing World of Nature Amazing Ancient Treasures Brain Challengers and Architectural Feats just to name a few. Science and Math skills are strengthened through cooking activities ecological projects (such as recycling and composting) and chess.

Art plays an important role in the learning and development of young children. Works of art whether created by known artists or by the children themselves expand and make concrete the child`s knowledge of the world.

Our ART APPRECIATION PROGRAM enables teachers to introduce quality art reproductions as well as original art (through museum visits) to our 3 and 4 year old children.

The childrens` experiences will be age appropriate meaningful and enriching. Art by selected masters will be incorporated into the classroom. We will focus on awareness exploration inquiry and the practical appreciation of skills and ideas. Art vocabulary words such as “lines” “shape” “colour” and “texture” will be introduced by reference to real art.
