Our mission at Ponce de Leon Elementary is to ensure that all students experience an educational environment that urges them towards the achievement of their maximum potential. We recognize that in order to achieve this we must view each child as being unique with his or her own special assets and abilities to offer. Our mission is concerned with uncovering those assets and abilities and providing opportunities for our students to develop them. In this way we hope to teach each student how he or she can meaningfully contribute to our world and become a successful productive citizen of our society.
