Montessori School of Port Orange

The Montessori School of Port Orange was created to offer area residents the choice between traditional day care or the expanded opportunities for individualized learning creativity decision making independence and social interaction. Montessori provides this through a carefully prepared environment with selected activities which encourage the child to learn through the joy of discovery nurtured by a professionally certified trained and committed adult who can recognize periods of readiness and can demonstrate the correct use of the materials.
