This center is licensed by the State of Oregon Child Care Division and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Our classrooms are staffed with qualified and trained teachers and support personnel to maintain the teaching ratios listed in the table below. Students from the Early Education Program also complete their practicum work in the classrooms.
This is a unique early education facility that provides developmentally and culturally appropriate care for infants through preschool age children Monday through Friday, as well as Monday through Thursday evenings. The center is planned and staffed to provide a training facility for early childhood education students. The students have the opportunity to apply early childhood best practices in the classroom with children and families, under the supervision of their mentor teachers.
