The Vanguard Academy

The Vanguard Academy opened as a brand new school in February 2008. We offer over 12,000 square feet of temperature controlled classroom space and an outdoor playground area providing over 6,000 square feet of activities.

In August 2011, THe Vanguard Academy expanded into Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten and added a 3000 square foot indoor facility.

Our Academy offers theme based programs focusing on math, music, language arts, foreign language and other areas which will prepare your child for a successful transition to kindergarten through our qualified staff of 70+ people that plan and implement the educational goals of our students each day.

Nestled in the picturesque community of Norton Commons in Louisville’s northeast neighborhood, we offer fulltime, part -time and our half day program for students 6 weeks through Kindergarten.
