The Kid’s Community College Lake St. Charles preschool campus admitted its first undergraduate students in March 2003. Today our 3600 square foot facility is recognized as a nationally accredited premier preschool offering high quality care for children 4 months to 12 years of age. Our preschool features a year round extended day program from 6:45am to 6:15pm Monday through Friday. We are a School Readiness Provider and offer the Voluntary Prekindergarten Program (VPK) during the school year and summer.
The 67 students who call our campus home receive premiere care giving by our credentialed professors and receive individualized instruction within our low ratio classrooms. Our professors facilitate development education and instructional experiences that maximize the effective use of strengths and target areas of developmental need to ensure optimal student success of every student.
The Kid’s Community College Lake St. Charles preschool introduces our students to computer technology music and movement the Spanish language and Stretch-n-Grow within our state-of-the art Language Arts and Technology Hall. In addition we offer two separate playgrounds which are securely fenced and furnished with age appropriate playground equipment that will challenge and thrill your child at every age.
The Kid’s Community College Lake St. Charles preschool campus is an independently owned and operated franchise. We have successfully acquired and sustained NAC accreditation since 2005 in addition to our Gold Seal Certification. We are a participant in the Quality Counts for Kids program.
