At Tiny Tot Child Development Center we know that every child is special and unique. We focus on each child’s strengths and provide them with individualized learning opportunities so that they grow and achieve their highest potential preparing them for success in school and life.
We know that parents are a child’s first teachers and as a high quality early childhood program we value the opportunity to partner with them to set developmental goals for their child. In a sense we are a family service program-supporting parents with the important task of helping their children reach their potential through modeling consulting and implementing proven strategies in all areas of development.
Tiny Tot Child Development Center is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to provide child care services in Rochester. With five classrooms the Center serves children from 30 months through 5 years of age. The center is open from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
The staff at Tiny Tot is committed to providing a safe healthy and nurturing environment for the children in their care. They also focus on providing quality developmental activities for the children. Utilizing The Creative Curriculum certified teachers plan coordinate and carry out the educational program in each classroom.
Enrichment activities include field trips and programs presented by volunteers such as firemen veterinarians and musicians. A Fall Open House Winter Holiday and graduation programs are traditional family events at Tiny Tot.

The early childhood education program at Tiny Tot Child Development Center provides excellent experiences for young children that prepare them for kindergarten. Guided by The Creative Curriculum teachers prepare a learning environment that is rich with materials and activities that promote early reading writing and math skills. Children are encouraged to develop their creativity in art constructing with blocks and dramatic play. Music science and sensory activities are part of the daily experience and help children expand their understanding of the world around them.
