The programs at Chabad Early Learning Center arise from a common desire for excellence in meeting the needs of children and their families. Our philosophy is one of nurturing, growth and development, relationships and understanding-all in the goal of establishing a love for learning, a fascination with holidays and the cycles events, and a passion for approaching the world in a Jewish way.

The Chabad Early Learning Centers basic philosophy behind our curriculum is a unification of several outstanding pedagogic techniques that have proven themselves to foster successful and joyful children. Montessori techniques and tools are used throughout the schools programs:
Small Wonders (ages birth-18 months), Torah Tots (ages 18 months-3 years), Mitzvah Munchkins (ages 3-4 years) Kinderkids (ages 5-6).Dr. Maria Montessori based her educational methods on scientific observation of childrens learning processes. At Chabad Early Learning Center, children progress at their own pace, choosing materials from a wide variety of possibilities. By selecting activities according to their natural interest, children experience the joy of learning. Judaic studies are woven into the curriculum through music, holiday cenebration and stories and Hebrew literacy. The Montessori Method emphasizes learning through all five senses. The classroom becomes a learning environment that reinforces childrens independence and intellectual development. Children work in multi-aged groups and are able to share their knowledge and strengthen their sense of community.
