Urban League Mlk Head Start

Head Start is a national program that provides child development services to economically disadvantaged children. A special focus is placed on helping preschoolers develop the early reading and math skills they need to be successful in school. In addition to early childhood education, other services provided by Urban League Head Start include: – Social & Emotional Development – Physical & Mental Health – Nutrition – Family Support – Transportation The Urban League Head Start utilizes the Creative Curriculum for Preschool which addresses all areas of development.
