The Philosophy
The board of directors, administration, and staff of PAL Child Care Center recognize that play is an essential work of childhood and that a young child most often uses play as the vehicle by which to better understand and experience his/her environment. The center presupposes that young children are eager to learn and that a center must provide challenging, stimulating experiences in a safe and responsible environment. A caring and interested teacher serves as facilitator, interpreter, comforter and supporter as the occasion demands.
