The mission of Csar Chvez Elementary is to create a learning community that empowers every child with the knowledge skills and resiliency to be successful in a rapidly changing world. Our Csar Chvez Learning Community will strive to achieve this by creating an effective educational collaboration between all members of our learning community e.g. students parents teachers administration staff and the local community.
