Welcome to Sarah B. Cooper CDC. We provide an early childhood education program for pre-kindergarten children and a school-age program that promotes each child’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth and competency through developmentally appropriate experiences. We strive to validate the cultural and linguistic heritage of each child and support families in maintaining their children’s physical and mental health.
