At Discovery Parent Child Preschool our mission is twofold:
(1) to contribute to the development of children by providing an enriched play experience and guidance in social development under the supervision of a trained director/teacher and
(2) to contribute to the growth of parents by providing opportunity for them to develop concern for the guidance of children other than their own to share philosophies and experiences and to maintain a constant awareness of the ideals of child guidance through active participation in the program.

Between the ages of two and five children are forming many basic social skills and attitudes. Each child is unique and they develop at their own rate. Discovery Parent Child Preschool provides a developmentally appropriate environment where the child learns while having fun.
Play is one of the most important experiences of childhood. Through play children develop physically emotionally intellectually and socially. At Discovery children learn and play in a warm respectful environment and have many different activities from which to choose.
