Miller State Preschool

Miller Elementary School is located in the
central region of Santa Maria and serves
students in grades kindergarten through
six following a traditional calendar. at the
beginning of the 2008-09 school year, 776
students were enrolled, including 8% in
special education, 14% identified for
migrant education services, 51%
qualifying for English Language Learner
support, and 71% qualifying for free or
reduced price lunch. Miller Elementary
School achieved a 2009 Academic
Performance Index (API) score of 713.
