Our goal is to give children the best possible start in life through providing a happy, healthy daycare and educational environment, focusing on:

• Building each child’s self-concept and self-esteem
• Growth of child’s skills (fine and gross motor, cognitive, social, language and self-help)
• Expansion of child’s world through exposure to “hands-on” learning in a wide variety of areas
• Chance for self-expression through music, art, and drama

In so doing, we will be building a foundation for learning and for developing interpersonal relationships which will be important for each child throughout life.

Rocking Horse Ranch serves families by offering a wide range of childcare opportunities. Through communicating with parents, serving as a parental resource, and planning family activities, we become “partners with parents caring for children.”

Special Needs:

Parents are asked to communicate with their childs teacher as to any special needs for their child. If those are medical needs, we request an Individualized Child Care Plan (ICCP) be filled out by parents and doctor. Allergies are posted and all appropriate staff are informed of special instructions.
