Schoolcraft Community Co-op Preschool has been in operation since 1971 in the Westminster Hall next to the First Presbyterian Church.
It is our desire to provide a warm safe environment where your child can learn to his or her fullest potential.
We offer learning opportunities through story time music art computer and center times.
Our Program Goals:
Our Preschool program supports the early preparation and enhancement of emotional social physical and intellectual development that is necessary for future success and happiness in school and later life.

Preschool Yearly Goals:
To increase socialization skills of the children
To provide a structured and organized environment in which students can enjoy themselves and learn listening sharing and following directions skills
To provide an environment in which parents and children can share learning situations
To facilitate a home-school connection which can continue for years to come
To improve fine and gross motor skills
To introduce reading readiness skills with the letter-of-the-week curriculum as well as letter positioning letter sounds etc.
To introduce math readiness by number recognition shapes matching etc.
