At Little Eagles we strive to create a relaxed, trusting, and caring atmosphere where children are encouraged to pursue their own interests, develop friendships, and grow in confidence, independence, and respect for themselves and others.

Our focus is not only on our children, but also our families and staff. Little Eagles seeks to provide families with a family-friendly environment that is responsive to the needs of our community. Our goal is for each family’s experience at Little Eagles to be a rewarding and enriching one.

With our staff, we encourage and support them so that they may grow to their fullest potential. We provide training throughout the year and routinely exceed the state requirement of 20 hours upon hire and 10 hours annually thereafter. In a field where the typical employee turnover is less than one year, many of our staff have been with this program for more than 5, if not longer.

In November 2010, we proudly attained our NAEYC accreditation. The NAEYC Accreditation system sets professional standards for early childhood education and helps families identify high-quality childcare centers. With this accreditation, families and our community know that children in our program are getting the best care and early learning experiences possible.

Little Eagles is a non-profit organization that is a chapter of Sound Child Care Solutions. Sound Child Care Solutions mission is to educate children for life by deeply integrating child-centered, high-quality, anti-biased, early childhood education with excellent business practices.
