We offer a wide selection of morning and afternoon Preschool programs as well as All-Day Kindergarten. Our preschool teachers create a nurturing environment where learning is fun. Children learn through hands-on activities and age-appropriate classroom instruction. Preschool introduces children to language arts, math, science, and social studies, creative movement and expression, with an emphasis on developing self-confidence as well as motor and social skills. Extensive use of manipulatives, active involvement in the learning process, learning centers, and dramatic play enhance our child-centered program.

St. Martins Day School recognizes that each child is unique and learns best in a nurturing, stress-free setting which promotes the growth of the whole child. Children are allowed to explore their environment indoors and out. Readiness skills in language, math, science, and social studies are developed through music, art, play, social interaction, and a variety of creatively planned, age appropriate activities.
Pre-K introduces readiness skills to children through a theme/play-based curriculum. Our experienced teachers are degreed and nurturing and create an environment that encourages independence and allows children to explore their feelings and fosters appropriate social behavior. Kindness to others, manners, and friendships are encouraged at this age level.
