The Weekday Education department of First Baptist Church believes that children are a
gift from God. Every child is important and is respected. We seek to establish positive
personal interactions with each child and his/her family. We believe that children learn
best through play. Daily activities are planned to guide spiritual social emotional
physical and cognitive development. Parents serve one of the most important roles in
child development and are encouraged to participate in parent conferences and classroom
activities.
