Just across the Overseas Highway from Coral Shores High School (MM 90) nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on Florida Bay Plantation Key School services the needs of approximately 600 pre-K through 8th grade students that live in the areas of Tavernier down through Long Key (MM 68 – 93). Originally constructed in 1976 Plantation Key School has been fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools since it first accepted students.
