The facility is approximately 51,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest cardiovascular and strength training equipment. An indoor lap pool, two aerobic studios, a cardiovascular area, strength training area, exercise room, full sized gym, computer lab, community meeting space and separate adult and youth locker rooms are just some of what is here for you at the Mid Valley Family YMCA.
