Welcome to Orchards KinderCare Vancouver WA where every member of our team takes fun very seriously! Our focus on whole child development allows us to assist your child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through enhancing each area of your child’s classroom and daily experience. At Orchards KinderCare Vancouver WA we have a staff that is very passionate about education. They take pride in providing their students with the best possible education to help them create that love of learning that is so important to their future. Our teachers understand the importance of their position and take full advantage of this by helping their students be successful in all areas of their education. It is important to our staff that they partner with families and build that rapport to ensure the best possible learning environment for each child. In order to keep our staff knowledgeable about the industry, we provide them with sixteen hours of training each year in addition to the ten hours of training that is required by the state. We also have an optional day of training each quarter and provide teachers with tuition reimbursement to help further their education.
