Kids Kingdom Child Development Center is a Christian based childcare center. We believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is our desire as educators to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas. There are three elements that we believe are conducive to establishing such an environment, (1) the teacher acting as a guide, (2) allowing the child’s natural curiosity to direct his/her learning, and (3) promoting respect for all people and things.
Our facility is located at 4864 Bonney Rd. in Virginia Beach, Va. 23462. We accept children from six weeks to five years old during the regular school hours; and school age children to twelve years old in the before and after school care program; on school holidays and summer camp. The facilitys program is designed to meet the academic, social and spiritual needs of each child. It is structured to allow each child to work independently and corporately with his/her peers while also functioning at his/her own academic level.Our primary academic goal is to enhance the childs ability to learn. The low student-teacher ratio allows us the opportunity to provide a nurturing and caring environment for your children, as well as offer each of them the individual attention and assistance that all children need.
We strongly encourage parents to take an active role in their childs learning process. Parents are encouraged to ask questions, make suggestions and discuss materials sent home with their children on a regular basis.

The Purpose and Mission of Kids Kingdom Child Development Center is to train up a child with respect, honesty, love for others and the fear of God. By providing a nurturing and caring environment; we hope that each skill learned or reinforced will help each child to become a positive and influential member of society and a better servant of God.
Our Goal is to enhance the childs ability to think by providing a one on one learning experience. To be a positive influence on every child we encounter, by showing and teaching them with and about respect, honesty, trustworthiness and most importantly love. We seek to develop the whole child; spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. We also seek to provide an environment for your children that will be conducive for learning. We further seek to provide affordable, convenient and dependable childcare services, as well as creating a childcare atmosphere that enhances your child’s social, cognitive and physical development through the various learning experiences provided. We believe that by working together with parents our children will have a stronger support network that will enable them to be productive and a Step Above others in our communities, country and throughout the world.
