Sun Garden Montessori Children's House

SunGarden Montessori Childrens House is a non-profit AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) recognized school for children 2 6 years of age.

Since 1980, SunGarden has been located in a charming house across the street from Sunset Park in West Linn, Oregon. Beginning with one classroom, the house has since been remodeled to create two lovely classrooms, a Siesta room and office.

Each classroom provides an inviting environment for young children. AMI-certified teachers and assistants create a nurturing, respectful atmosphere in which children learn and grow at their own pace, enjoying a wide variety of thoughtfully-chosen activities. The natural outdoor environments have been purposefully designed for childrens exploration, discovery, play, gardening and nature activities; and are available throughout the day, every day.

Our community is composed of families from West Linn, Lake Oswego, Oregon City and several other towns in the Portland area.
