Staff members must be able to plan supervise and implement our program in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Daycare. They must have a warm and friendly personality be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others be able to relate well to children and be willing to fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with our Daycare’s philosophy. They must also meet the Minimum Standards as set forth by the State of Texas.
