The mission of the Community Nursery School of Wilton (CNSW) is to prepare each child to lead a resourceful, resilient and responsible life within a supportive community of parents and teachers.
Community provides a nurturing environment that incorporates playful learning with working on the life skills children need to become successful individuals. For each child, we encourage a spirit of free inquiry, a rich and creative imagination, and compassion for others, helping students to understand, respect and navigate the world. Becoming a community within our classrooms is just as important as the community of parents who run the school. Through the security of the community, children are empowered to take on new challenges.
