Woodinville Children Center

Woodinville Childrens Center, a division of Concord Childrens Center Inc., a non-profit agency. For almost 30 years Concord Childrens Center has been offering a caring and nurturing environment in which children can grow.

We believe that each child is unique, that he/she will learn best with active play and positive interaction with peers. We encourage each child to grow and develop at his/her own pace. We provide a safe and secure environment which keeps children interested and focused. Your child will develop a sense of independence, responsibility, and respect for themselves and others. Parents are encouraged to visit often. We have an open door policy and ask parents to share any special talents they may have with the children in our center.

Our center uses Creative Curriculum for Preschoolers

The Creative Curriculum Developmental Continuum for Ages 3-5. The instrument meets all of the assessment standards of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the National Association of State Early Childhood Specialists in State Departments of Education (NASECS/SDE) and has adequate assessment properties. It is an excellent tool for program planning and for analyzing and documenting child progress. It also meets federal and state reporting requirements, such as those of Head Start and the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs.
