Yuma District One offers numerous preschool programs. Each program has different qualifying requirements. All preschool programs address the social/emotion, physical, and academic needs of the young learner.

Arizona Department of Health Services Division of Licensing Services - NAC Accredited

Special Needs:

The preschool program for children with special needs serves three, four, and non-kindergarten eligible five-year-olds who have impairments of hearing or vision, speech and language delays, and moderate/severe developmental delays. The preschool holds half-day classes, and Yuma School District One provides transportation. The preschool team completes the qualifying screenings, evaluations, and placement in the program.
