Part-Time English/Writing Tutor

I am a former first-year college writing instructor who is passionate about writing and working with students. While in graduate school, I was responsible for autonomously teaching writing to over 130 college students. During my time as an instructor, my curricular goal was to teach students to write in various genres and use writing as a means to persuade. I taught students theories for argument, the rhetorical situation, and encouraged them to value the writing and research process.
