David S. offers Guitar Lessons and Piano Lessons

His patience with me, and ability to help me through my frustrations with guitar, was fantastic. He is very patient and is great at giving little tricks and hints. Dave gave me excellent exercises to practice, and gave me lots of different ways to practice if one method was not working for me. He also doesn't let you get away with sub-par playing, which is something that I desperately needed. He helps you become to the type of musician you want to be. I can only imagine that Dave's patience translates very well to teaching children. I always look forward to my lessons with Dave, and he makes playing the guitar fun.

I worked with David to learn sight reading and music theory so that I could apply it to my dance training. He went through everything very clearly and kept the lessons interesting. He always brought in the "bigger picture" of the material we were covering so that I could understand the direction we were heading. I did the lessons in David's home and he has just remodeled his study to be a perfect learning environment. I highly recommend him!!!
