Antonio A. from Atlanta, GA I know the Mrs. V has a lot to do with my son having a very positive experience with tutoring. She is very professional and has a great rapport with her student. The lessons have helped him out tremendously and he is actually excited about going to school and learning. Thanks Mrs V!!
Jennifer T. from Austell, GA I'm so glad I found Mrs. V! I had a great feeling about her after our initial conversation. She asked a lot of questions in order to gain a full understanding of my son's needs. It was also clear from then that she focuses on a student's strengths, while addressing weaknesses. Mrs. V helped my son prepare for the 8th grade writing assignment in just a few weeks. Before he started working with her he was struggling. After a few sessions his writing skills improved drastically (to the point where he wrote an essay and I questioned whether or not it was actually written by him!). His teacher also noted an improvement, not just in his skills but in his overall approach to writing. She commented that he now takes more pride in his work and asks for feedback. Mrs. V helped build his confidence by providing him with the skills he was lacking. She also made tutoring sessions interesting. My son actually looked forward to meeting with her and said the session were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Mrs. V. She is friendly, experienced, professional, punctual reliable, and her enthusiastic approach seems to rub off. It did for my son and I must say I was extremely pleased! You can tell she truly enjoys teaching.
Sandra J. from Atlanta, GA My daughter has become more confident since working with Ms V. I feel like she is doing so much better.
Kola Ann M. from Fairburn, GA Mrs.V is an excellent tutor! My son started working with her shortly before the 8th grade writing test and I can honestly say without her help I don't think he would have been able to pass. My son has ADD and Mrs. V has been able to keep him engaged and focused. Since my son has been working with her, he has shown great improvement in his writing content, grammar and ideas. He is writing more confidently and independently. If you need a writing tutor who is patient and knowledgeable, Mrs. V is that person.
