Hi, My name is Noemi. I am from the Dominican Republic, and I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I have a Master’s degree and I am trained as a Psychiatrist; while living in the Dominican I practiced and taught Psychiatry at the university and I have provided counseling as a career while living in the United States.
