Isabelle spent the first lesson figuring out my skill level, running through a number of exercises to refresh my memory and then went through my goals. She laid out a plan, and has been consistent in delivering a good lesson, being patient and working towards my goals one lesson at a time. She uses a wide variety of exercises and discussions to keep things lively and interesting, the lesson time flies by. She even went above and beyond the call of duty by translating a call with a hotel I was having a reservation issue with, quickly solving the problem.
