I am Steinway Certificated Educator and professional with 10+ years of music teaching experience. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for teaching lessons in a variety of musical instruments, as well as for charting the development of lesson plans and curricula and motivating and encouraging students, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to student growth and learning throughout my career.
Professional focal points include spanning performance assessment, relationship management, strategic planning, ABRSM and NYSMMA exam preparation, Violin Piano Viola lessons, standards management, . Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, as well as teaching acumen, lesson analysis, and piano, viola, violin, and other musical instrument expertise to support maximum success.
Currently, I provide music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels and create lesson plans to allow for the provision of effective teaching for all students. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, students, and various other personnel to ensure the organization’s music teaching support structure is excelling and allowing for maximum student learning and development.
Colleagues describe me as a progressive, driven, down-to-earth, innovative, energetic, and musical expert who can be relied on to provide superior music teaching to all students to allow for optimal learning and success.
My Methods:
For Beginning students or kids from 3 years old, I typically start with Hal Leonard’s Essential Elements and also some other theory to help them to read the notes on staff. Once Student slightly progressed, I will begin to start shop pieces with another finger technique etude, to building stronger and solid finger and also I would recommend some music repertories to listen to it, just for building music expression.
For the Adult or Teenager, I would like to know what kind of music brings them here, and we can set that piece what they eventually want to play as a goal, and helping student build and practice the technique.
My Teaching Style:
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop a passion for music! Therefore, it’s important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I understand some student may not have much time to practice, so I encourage as long as you practice even once or twice per week , set a short gaol even one line two lines on the music or couple of bars, progress little and slow but practice on the right way, building right correct position and get used of it still helpful then nothing or some incorrect habit.
