I was born in Korea, and spent most of my 20’s living in Japan. I got my bachelor’s degree from Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul, Korea (major: Chinese), and my master’s degree from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan (major: International Relations). So I’m fluent in Korean and Japanese, and am also able to speak a bit of Chinese. Additionally, I worked in Tokyo for 2 years at Toshiba with my husband, so I understand Japanese culture very well.
