She comes up with a plan to help him improve his writing and reading comprehension, and I look forward for his improvements in the near future.

When she is working with our son, who is 9 years old and in the third grade, she keeps him going on school work for an hour or longer, which is not an easy task, since is easily distracted and wants to try to get through his work quickly. He looks forward to his time with Tess and wants to talk to her about things he is doing (baseball) or things he is proud of. Her cheerful way works well with him, but she can be firm when he gets too off-track or silly. We feel it is time and money well spent.
