My love of teaching and education comes from my love of children. I have been teaching in some capacity since 1996. Upon graduating from college, I taught second and third grades in New York City. In 2001, I had my first child and moved to Charlotte. I continued to tutor privately for 2 years at which point I had my second child. After she was about a year, I continued to tutor elementary students in organizational/study skills, reading and math and time management skills.
