When I first contacted Ben, he responded to me very quickly. We were able to set up an appointment within just a couple of days and he went to work with my child at our home. Now, we have their sessions set up for right after school. He goes to her school during aftercare for their sessions and I usually have a summary of the session by the time I get off work. The arrangement is working wonderfully for us. Ben has been very accommodating, easy to work with, and his methods make math click with my daughter.
