I’ve been teaching for over 40 years and performing for 50. My curriculum is initially classically based: sight reading, ear training, and theory. With time, the students preferences come into play.
Classical is the base for knowledge, from which all other styles can be derived. I will take students from 7 years up. I have all the references you wish; 75% of my students continue learning/playing after they leave me.
